Inclined Tube Settler Overview The inclined tube (plate) settler is a highly efficient combined settler designed based on the shallow pool sedimentation theory. Many dense inclined tubes or inclined plates are installed in the sedimentation zone, allowing suspended impurities in water to settle within the inclined plates or inclined tubes. Water flows upward along the inclined tubes or inclined tubes, and the separated sludge slides down along the inclined tubes (plates) to the bottom tank under gravity, and is then discharged in a concentrated manner. This type of tank can improve sedimentation efficiency by 50-60%, increase treatment capacity by 3-5 times on the same area, and achieve economic benefits. It is generally used in conjunction with other wastewater purification equipment. Technical Parameters: Treatment Capacity: 1—150m³/h Influent Suspended Solids Content: ≤2000mg/L Effluent Suspended Solids Solid-Liquid Content: ≤20mg/L Application Scope The sedimentation device is equipped with many parallel inclined plates with small spacing or parallel inclined tubes with small diameter, which improves sedimentation effectiveness and effluent rate, and is particularly effective in removing dispersed particles. The ZYXG inclined tube settler is widely used in the treatment of industrial wastewater, domestic sewage, coal mine wastewater, and non-ferrous metal processing wastewater, solid-liquid treatment of hydraulic ash removal wastewater from power plants and boiler rooms, treatment of gas station washing water, treatment of biochemical water and pretreatment of water supply purification, and is also suitable for wastewater treatment projects in the petroleum, chemical, coal, power, grease, and machinery industries.
